Sweet Potato Fries

A simple, delicious recipe that my roommate taught me. You can cut the potato any way you like. I particularly like the traditional fry shape, but this time I just sliced the sweet potato width-wise.

Ingredients:

As many sweet potatoes as you want, skin on or off (easier if you leave it on, plus the skin has a nice crunch afterwards)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Slice sweet potatoes into traditional fry-shape or wedges. Coat lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Stick in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, nice and hot.

For sweeter fries (although they are already pretty sweet) sprinkle some brown sugar/cinnamon and a little bit of salt.
