Orange and Grilled Chicken Salad

1 packet chopped greens (lettuce - any kind - or even spinach works great)
2 oranges, diced
1 cup dried berries (any kind)
2 chicken breasts

Dressing:
1 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1 cup italian dressing
1 cup orange juice

Lightly coat each side of the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill in pan on stove.
While grilling, put greens in a large serving bowl. Throw in oranges and dried berries. Place on plate and pour dressing over salad (not all of it, but as much as you want for each serving with a little left over). Cut grilled chicken into strips and place 5-6 strips on each salad. Pour a little bit of dressing over the chicken. Enjoy!

Yields 2 servings
